Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This is production time.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We currently ship worldwide. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Janie's Digital Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation email for your records. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
Janie's Digital Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
